Features:
QMB412 is a new small four spindle four-side moulder according to the requirement of the customer, it is main used for short material and woodwork, it is the economic and useful machine for solid wood furniture factory, finger joint wood manufacturing plant and woodwork industry.
1. One piece cast iron frame with aging treatment, providing sufficient stability.
2. Advantage: the min. working length is 180mm (continuation feeding).
3. Feeding system adopts cardan joint and belt speed variator for transmission, providing superior reliability and easy operation. Feeding speed can come to 6~24m/min.
4. The worktable surface adopts special material and is hard chromed, providing sufficient wear-resistance.
5. Pneumatic hold- down system, providing stable pressure and easy adjustments.
6. Pneumatic short piece feeding mechanism, fully guaranteeing the transport of short pieces. No piece gets stuck and no burns left on the piece.
