Unit or Resolution Change:
1. Power meter off
2. Long press Down Button
3. Put sensor in the table, then meter will turn on, and display "CODE"
4. Press UP or Down button, change code to 1086, press OK
5. Can set language (English, Chinese, Russian), Resolution (0.1um 0.01mil; 10um 0.5mil), unit (um or mil), Standardize (Fe, NFe)
