250 Serials Preset Counter Meter

The model J250 counter is mainly divided into two categories of rotation and pulling, it is suitable for controlling the rotation or stroke of machines or instruments. Pushing down the left button of the counter, the required values can be input into the counter by pressing the rest 5 buttons in sequence, now loose the left button and the counter will indicate the selected values. When the movement of machines transmits the torque through connected parts to the input axis of the counter, the internal gear mechanism of the counter will drive the number wheels to rotate at the specified transmission ratio, and a signal will be sent out from the counter as soon as the times of the rotation conform to the preset values, and through the relay set on the machine the operation mechanism on the machine will be braked, so fulfilling the quantity control. After the whole action is finished, pushing the left reset button can make the number wheels resume the previously selected values, meanwhile the signal sent out by the counter is stopped. The model J250 is widely applied in printing, textile, dyeing, cable-making, communication, military industry, light industry and machinery industry etc. It can be used singly as well as be matched with measuring instruments and modern control equipments to realize the function of quantity control.
